Illustrator/Game Artist
Elyssa Munsell was born and raised in Southern California. Growing up in a community that had come from all over the globe sparked Elyssa's fascination with human nature and the similarities and differences between people.
She takes this passion for cultural and religious anthropology and combines it with her childhood love of pop art and comics to create her unique illustrations that bridge the gap between old heroes and monsters and new-age villains and superheroes. Her pieces are painted digitally using layered vibrant halftones, with big black shadows to contrast them.
